About The Position

The Business Analyst within the Client Experience division supports and executes Entity Change events for advisors operating on the Fidelity RIA platform. This role primarily focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions involving existing advisors or RIAs in the onboarding process. The position also supports ongoing maintenance events, including Name and Ownership Changes. Key responsibilities include consolidating business structures under the receiving RIA’s internal records and ensuring accurate updates to RIA names and related attributes across the platform. The Business Analyst conducts detailed analyses of each RIA’s business model, operational dependencies, and product configurations, translating requirements into precise, targeted tasks to implement necessary changes. This role manages events of varying size, complexity, and scope, requiring a strong understanding of Fidelity’s products, services, and operational processes. The Business Analyst partners closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, ensure alignment, and drive timely execution. Adherence to defined procedures is essential, and the individual is expected to develop subject matter expertise in applicable areas. As a client-facing role, this position plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience and has a significant impact on overall client satisfaction within the RIA space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Commensurate Work Experience
  • Client facing service experience required
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a willingness to make the extra effort to resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment
