About The Position

As a key member of the Hospitality Senior Leadership Team, the Maintenance Manager leads all property maintenance operations across Heavenly Hospitality, ensuring safety, asset protection, and exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees a team responsible for both condo units and common areas, requiring strategic planning, financial oversight, and strong leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in property management with leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance operations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Commitment to safety, service standards, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all maintenance operations across resort properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Own and manage preventative maintenance programs and capital projects, including facility upgrades and innovations.
  • Oversee financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, payroll, purchasing, and revenue generation from homeowner unit maintenance.
  • Manage work orders, parts procurement, and billing processes.
  • Schedule and supervise staff to ensure coverage, productivity, and adherence to policies and safety standards.
  • Foster a safe, high-performing work environment through training, communication, and regular team meetings.
  • Develop leadership capabilities within the team and promote company core values.
  • Ensure compliance with all municipal, state, and federal regulations, including life safety systems and certifications.
  • Engage with guests and homeowners professionally, addressing feedback and ensuring service excellence.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives, best practice groups, and resort events.
  • Deliver the "Experience of a Lifetime" to staff, guests, and homeowners.
