About The Position
The Manager, Build & Implementation - Americas (US, LATAM, Canada) is responsible for leading the execution of SAS Enterprise Software deployments across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada. This role ensures timely, compliant, and high-quality implementations that meet both contractual requirements and regional regulatory obligations. This position reports directly to the Regional Head, Managed Cloud Services - Americas and has a matrixed relationship to the Global Service Owner for MCS Build. While global schedule ownership and planning reside with the Global Build Owner, the regional manager ensures regional build activities are aligned, resourced, and executed successfully, with clear representation of regional priorities and constraints. As a member of the AMER regional leadership team, this role bridges the gap between build and operational readiness, providing leadership continuity from implementation to day-2 operations.
