About The Position

The Manager of Brand Partnership Engagement at Comcast is responsible for driving the effective usage of over 90 partnerships and a significant investment in local and national deals. This role focuses on developing and executing creative engagement strategies through various marketing channels, including sponsorship activation and experiential marketing, to enhance consumer connections with the brand. The position requires collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives and reporting on their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of relative work experience in marketing or brand engagement.
  • Agency management experience with a proven ability to inspire performance.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a consumer-first mentality.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute creative plans for brand partnership awareness.
  • Support the development of multi-sensory experiences that build emotional connections.
  • Lead the development of post-launch brand and business reporting for partnership engagement programs.
  • Act as a key member of the Brand Partnership & Engagement team, supporting all partnership creative usages and executions.
  • Develop and execute creative engagement plans across the partnership portfolio, including sports and media partnerships.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aware of all brand partnership-related creative opportunities.
  • Stay knowledgeable on partnership integration best practices and competitive integrations.
  • Manage end-to-end responsibilities around content creators, including selection and engagement.
  • Support the development of all sponsorship creative needs and align with IMC team for media tactics.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines of toolkits with IMC team to impact Division creative.
