About The Position
Mahindra Group welcomes returning women to the Workforce. The role involves managing the marketing and communication function, overseeing the annual budget while collaborating with various marketing agencies and departments. The candidate will develop an integrated marketing plan in conjunction with the business development teams, ensuring strategic alignment with regional business goals. The position focuses on creating and implementing client-centered campaigns aimed at generating leads and improving brand awareness, while also collaborating with the BD and Corporate Marketing teams to translate marketing objectives into interactive strategies.
