About The Position
The position requires an experienced professional with over 9 years in the Brake system of LCV/ICV/HCV/SCV. The role involves part concept readiness and development drawing releases using CATIA, as well as finalizing DMU. The candidate will develop pneumatic and hydraulic actuated brake systems to meet targets and specifications based on QFD/RFE studies, while considering cost and quality requirements at the vehicle level. Additionally, the candidate will create project plans for new projects involving brake system adaptation, estimate product and project costs, and calculate capital investments. Collaboration with CAE to create the CAE DVP for the brake system is essential to ensure system robustness. The role also includes building prototype assemblies for design verification on test rigs and at the vehicle level, addressing DFA/DFM issues, and coordinating with materials management and vendors for part procurement.
