Red Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and adult men's mental health treatment program designed specifically to meet the unique needs of our clients. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technicians Manager to provide leadership and supervision to our direct care staff. Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in the field of substance abuse or a related Human Services field
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work
• CADC-I

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field
• Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the scheduling of the clinical technicians
• Ensure clinical technician staffing needs are met, maintain appropriate ratios and remaining within projected budget
• Complete, review, and approve bi-weekly timecards for clinical technicians
• Participate in the daily morning meeting of program and logistics department
• Assist with the editing of clinical teach growth books and clinical tech handbook as needed to accompany programmatic changes
• Encourage clinical technicians to complete growth books and review completed growth books with them
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all areas of base programming
• Participate in weekly community meetings for all clients
• Ensure that all client orientations are completed
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of programming is made available
• Participate in and facilitate staff in-service trainings as indicated
• Assist with transports, new client outfitting, and doctor appointments as needed
• Serves in the role of primary responder as scheduled
