About The Position

As a Manager - BCG Vantage within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing supply chain expertise and insights. You will act as a thought partner and content expert to business leaders to drive proposals and go-to-market efforts, including publications. You will be involved in the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets, serving as an active contributor, to help grow the Ops Supply Chain business. Additionally, you will work with case teams to provide expert advice, guiding them through the execution of Supply Chain projects. This includes helping the team analyze, and solve complex problems, deployment our diagnostics and assets, as well as sometimes leading a specific workstream module. For some projects, travel to clients during staffing assignments will be expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years consulting experience in supply chain planning required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Expertise in relevant sector/topic.
• Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in Supply Chain Strategy and Operating Model Design.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Organization Design.
• Experience in Portfolio Management.
• Familiarity with Logistics (Warehousing & Transport).
• Understanding of AI and Digital in Supply Chain.
