About The Position
As a Manager - BCG Vantage within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. Additionally, as a Manager you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Maintenance business, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the topic, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices and helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Maintenance business comprises an expert network of knowledge team members and experienced consultants who help our clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.g., maintenance strategy, planning & supply chain, maintenance execution, Digitalization/ AI, workforce mgt).
