Position Overview The Bay Area Family Recruitment Manager is a full-time exempt position on Rocketshipâs Growth and Community Engagement Team. This role is responsible for leading new family recruitment efforts for 13 schools across the Bay Area (10 in San Jose, one in Redwood City, one in Concord, and one in Antioch), supporting our school teams with new family enrollment, and creating a welcoming and seamless transition for families to our schools.This position directly manages the Family Recruitment staff in executing recruitment strategies, including canvassing, community organizing, and directly engaging with families. Family Recruiters must execute their responsibilities with passion, professionalism, and a high degree of customer service. This position requires flexibility of schedule, including willingness to occasionally work weekend and evening hours as events demand.
