About The Position

Pazza Notte Restaurant is seeking a talented and dedicated Floor Manager / Bartender to join our team. This role combines bartending expertise with management responsibilities in a vibrant atmosphere, serving Italian American classics and signature martinis. The ideal candidate will actively support floor staff and ensure high standards of service while also managing bartending duties.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a full-service Bartender for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Prior experience in hospitality in the role of server or host for 2 years.
  • Previous experience in management is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills for managing inventory and processing orders.
  • Must have previously completed food protection course and TIPS course or be willing to obtain it before starting employment.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Open availability for scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and manage floor staff, helping to ensure high standards of service.
  • Support floor staff with any issues they encounter during service.
  • Follow checklists to ensure all tasks are completed pre-service, during service, and after service.
  • Mix and serve alcoholic beverages, with expertise in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Efficiently manage orders and complete tasks within a busy environment.
