About The Position

The Manager of Bank Product Marketing at Ameriprise Financial is responsible for developing and executing content strategies for Banking products and solutions within Wealth Management Solutions. This role aims to enhance awareness, understanding, and sales of Banking Solutions among advisors, clients, and sales consulting groups, while managing marketing campaigns for deposit products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in investments or non-financial product marketing, communications, and training.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (4-years).
  • Active FINRA Series 7 or the ability to obtain it within 120 days.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of Banking and/or financial products and services.
  • Experience with design and email marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Robust experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Proven ability to think strategically and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong writing skills, including content research and audience strategies.
  • Experience in leading acquisition campaigns and developing dynamic content strategies.
  • Familiarity with assessing campaign performance and using data to maximize results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategies to increase awareness and drive growth of Banking Solutions.
  • Create content to support investment product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Plan, write, and implement content strategies and tactics that support integrated marketing plans.
  • Prepare marketing collateral, communications, sales literature, and training materials, partnering with creative agencies as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal partners including legal, compliance, and product development teams.
  • Drive measurable program results and track participation and outcomes, providing recommendations for improvements.
