About The Position
This role is designed to develop and maintain USA Football's Athlete Scouting and Development Program. USA Football's activities in these areas support the Development Program, the National Team Program, and USA Football's athlete database which will provide resources to members. This will include creation and maintenance of formal athlete scouting processes and procedures for both in-person and video/digital based scouting initiatives. This role will ensure that the scouting database is searchable and connected to the broader athlete account and membership profiles. This role will work with internal and external partners to enhance the process - including use of machine learning, artificial intelligence, video setup, 3rd party integrations, film partners, software such as PowerBI/Salesforce and more. Lastly, this role will work with IT, Events, High Performance and Sales Recruiting to ensure appropriate data is discovered and distributed as needed internally.
