The Manager, Assistant PMO will assist and lead project teams, be responsible for end-to-end project management across all functions within specified Kubota departments. This will include definition and scoping of projects, alignment with business sponsors and key stakeholders, project execution, and communication of status and risks. The position will provide key input into the design and planning of key strategic projects and initiatives and manage a team of resources to establish consistent methodology and excellence in execution. In short, execute projects that exceed management and user expectations. The Manager, Assistant PMO must communicate with business users to define specific needs. The candidate will create business requirements, project objectives/milestones, and schedules and oversee quality control throughout the entire project.
