About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing a team of Asset Management reps throughout the country along with overseeing a territory. Continuous improvement and training will be a high priority as the department develops. Help develop new tools and strategies to increase pallet recoveries and reduce loss.

Requirements

• At least two years of college or related field or equivalent job experience.
• Previous management experience is required
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Operations, distributor supply chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Warehouse operation
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and oversee team of Asset management Reps in field to maximize returns
• Build and develop recycler relationships at the decision maker level.
• Work with team to create strategy to recover as many “falcons” as possible (pallets w/ GPS embedded)
• Develops operation control and asset protection.
• Oversees Asset management to ensure that our assets are protected and coming back into the iGPS network
• Generates new agreements for pallet returns. Help standardize process
• Manage stray pallet recoveries
• Forensic skills – need pallet recoveries but need to work with customer and retail teams to help plug holes moving forward.
• Performs other duties as needed.
