About The Position

The AI Sales Specialist Team Manager will lead a team of technical experts focused on Thomson Reuters AI-enabled products for Legal, primarily supporting territory managers in the Small Law Firm (SLF) segment. This leader will drive team performance, ensure high-impact client engagements, and foster deep product expertise to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. The manager will also play a key role in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development. About the Role In this role as Manager, AI Sales Specialists , you will: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of AI Sales Specialists Set clear goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and client-centricity Oversee delivery of tailored, high-impact product demonstrations across practice areas Ensure team alignment with territory managers to support high-value opportunities Guide customization of presentations to address specific client needs and legal workflows Maintain and elevate team expertise in Thomson Reuters AI products Serve as a senior resource for internal teams and clients regarding AI capabilities and value propositions Lead training sessions and contribute to enablement materials for sales teams Drive team efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities Monitor pipeline development and ensure effective opportunity management Partner with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams to align messaging and positioning Aggregate and communicate client feedback to inform product development and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales or technical teams in the legal domain, preferably with AI technologies and Thomson Reuters products
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, with a talent for translating technical features into client value
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and team success

  • Experience working with small law firms or in a legal sales/support capacity is highly desirable
