About The Position

Requirements

  • BA in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of luxury brand experience.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver art direction aligned with luxury standards.
  • Strategic thinking and strong storytelling skills from concept to final design.
  • Expert graphic design and typography skills.
  • Working knowledge of industry talent such as photographers and illustrators.
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee a team of digital designers in collaboration with the Creative Director - Special Projects.
  • Concept and create impactful content and activations for Tiffany's digital platforms.
  • Plan creative strategy with a digital-first mindset and create holistic digital creatives for various mediums.
  • Translate brand vision into compelling brand experiences across all touchpoints of the client journey.
  • Provide creative guidance and product photographic art direction, video/animation, and retouching.
  • Manage and standardize the cross-functional Brand Style Guideline to ensure content relevance and brand alignment.
  • Storyboard for animation and social layouts with a keen sense of typography.
  • Ensure high standards and quality assurance across in-house product photography and retouching.
  • Supervise retouching and day-to-day creative review and approvals on local and regional adaptations.
  • Set and communicate clear and challenging goals to deliver an elevated luxury feel.
  • Create an inclusive culture that inspires team members and values diversity.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends and share insights with the team.
