THE ROLE: The Manager, Application Solution Architecture will lead the end‑to‑end architecture, engineering, and governance of scalable, secure solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics/Dataverse, .NET). This is a player‑coach role: you will both define the architecture and build critical components yourself—writing production‑quality code, establishing patterns, and guiding a small team of engineers and analysts to deliver measurable business outcomes.
