About The Position

As a Manager Application Services at HCA Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in managing a high-paced delivery team that includes technical leads, product engineers, and domain experts. In this role, you will lead teams that assess business strategies and requirements, develop product technology roadmaps, and deliver modern platforms and product features on time and within budget. You will define product technology roadmaps, set problem priorities, and provide direction to delivery teams through technical leaders who maintain product technology backlogs. Your teams will be responsible for sizing overall opportunities, impacts, and the full potential for new product features. This position requires driving alignment across various departments, including Enterprise Architecture, Information Protection, and Enterprise Data, ensuring that the needs of the team and stakeholders are met. You will also be responsible for setting and broadly communicating a product technology strategy, performing all duties with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and a high level of self-management. Your role will involve meeting with senior-level business management and presenting to large groups, requiring attentive listening and a strong executive presence.
