Amazon's Customer Service Security team seeks an Application Security Engineering Manager to lead one of our specialized application security teams. In this role, you'll build and guide a team conducting security reviews, implementing security paved paths, and advising internal customers on ways to build applications that are secure-by-design and how to best address and prevent security issues. Your team will perform threat modeling, review applications, and partner with internal business units to address application security challenges. You'll spearhead initiatives to improve operational scale and customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to shape our application security strategy and day-to-day operations through technical innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
