The TSG Application Integrations Manager at Invenergy is tasked with overseeing the Application Integration Program, which encompasses all technologies and operations related to application integrations. This role is pivotal in developing program roadmaps and managing day-to-day activities, processes, and operations. The manager will be responsible for maintaining backlogs, resources, governance, and standards, ensuring that the integration program aligns with the company's strategic goals. In this position, the manager will coordinate various tasks that their team must complete for projects, which may include researching effective data collection methods, analyzing information, and recommending business solutions. A key aspect of the role is to motivate the team to complete projects efficiently while communicating with managers across different departments to strategize and align goals. The manager will also oversee the roadmap and schedules for future developments, implementing technological improvements to ensure a robust Application Integration Program. The responsibilities include developing a comprehensive integration program, providing monthly updates to leadership, directing a team of system analysts and third-party vendors, ensuring proper documentation and cataloging of application integrations, and improving support processes. The manager will also ensure adherence to quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and regression testing for new or enhanced application integrations. Additionally, they will build and execute operational plans for managing and monitoring application integrations, provide weekly status reports, and develop metrics for reporting to leadership.
