About The Position

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our Analytics team. The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to help our clients in the life sciences industry improve their business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and communication, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or project management.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Experience working in the life sciences industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients.
Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets and identify key insights.
Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to clients.
Ensure that Analytics projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of data analytics.
Coach and mentor junior Analytics team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Communicate project progress and results to clients and stakeholders.
