About The Position

Manager of Analytical AI - Engineering team contributes technical expertise to develop, deploy, and maintain data science and machine learning related pipelines, solutions, and products. This position is part of a hands-on team of data engineers and machine learning engineers, working within the Analytical AI team to support a wide variety of data science and machine learning solutions. The role involves contributing to the design, deployment, and maintenance of pipelines for data science related products and machine learning solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Additionally, the manager will develop and maintain cutting-edge tools and frameworks that empower data scientists to work efficiently and effectively, applying ML and analytical techniques to solve business problems and conduct data explorations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS with 2+ years of experience in a quantitative area of study preferred.
  • MBA/MS or other graduate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and MS Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Experience with Git preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with MLOps preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a quantitative area of study.
  • Familiarity with advanced data science techniques.
