Play a key clinical leadership role in Spira Care, a rapidly growing, integrated primary care organization aimed at improving health outcomes, lowering medical costs, and improving the overall patient experience. This role provides patient care through the provision of direct operational and/or clinical patient services. The pharmacist will collaborate within the department to enhance departmental operations and clinical programs. Managing programs and people, this position directly impacts patient care and quality outcomes of populations, playing a critical role in the development of clinical pathways, best practices, and workflows directed at Quintuple Aim objectives at the individual and population level and in collaboration with an interprofessional team.
