The Team The Recon team is tasked with reconciliation of Hedge Funds, non-publicly traded REITS, Funds of Funds, Private Investment Funds and other asset classes. This role will lead a team of associates responsible for handling research requests regarding account transactions and for resolving complex reconciliation issues in a timely manner. The associates will act as the owner of the relationship between the Product Sponsor and Fidelity. Alternative Investments Managers lead an end-to-end operations business that supports over $50B in customer assets. Alternative Investments is a complicated and nuanced product space with manual, industry wide processes in place to support transactional activity. The Alternative Investments Manager can navigate these processes, introduce automation where applicable and ensure the ultimate client experience or our clients. The role will include leadership of an operational team focused on reconciliation analysis and maintenance processing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brokerage operations required
  • 2+ years of management and/or team lead experience preferred
  • Alternative Investments experience/knowledge is a major plus
  • College degree or applicable work experience
  • Series 7 or 99 license (can obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Your problem-solving ability encourage creative solutions

  • Your ability to grow and deepen industry relationships
