Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support for SVP, Corp Finance and their leadership team, orchestrating leadership touchpoints and associated follow-ups.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to foster greater collaboration across the various Corporate Finance teams, and between Corporate Finance and the broader Global Finance and operating functions.
  • Develop and manage overall communications strategy and engagement calendar for Corporate Finance, including town halls, officer messaging and communications supporting the execution of HR/People processes.
  • Think through creative ways to drive engagement and connection as the team becomes more global.
  • Partner with people teams - within Corporate and Global Finance - to guide efforts to strengthen culture and amplify activities.
  • Serve as critical partner to Global Finance and drive execution and progress toward shared goals and initiatives.
  • Support Global Finance function touchpoints and events as needed.
  • Support project management of key initiatives and orchestrate content development of leadership presentations, working closely with Finance subject matter experts.
  • Partner with GF Mod program team in an advisory capacity to ensure development of relevant communications strategies and materials in support of GF Mod roll-out within Corporate Finance.
