Job overview and responsibilities Program Managers Heavy Maintenance are leader within OSV who serve either as direct oversight of scheduled / unscheduled maintenance or indirect support through leadership of a team. This role requires a front-line leader who is proficient in aircraft maintenance while also prioritizing healthy relationships with interfacing departments. Leadership of a team will be determined by need for coverage and leadership assignment. Program Managers collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a safe, compliant, and predictable product to the operation while ensuring deliverables meet contractual needs. Agility, resilience, and professionalism are key attributes for this role meshed with exacting standards for performance, partnership, and integrity. Achieving predictable results directly or through charge of a team in accordance with United Airline’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) while executing against schedule and budgetary forecast is paramount.
