About The Position

A job at TSMC Arizona offers an opportunity to work at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States. TSMC Arizona's first fab will operate its leading-edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process), starting production in the first half of 2025. The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. The recently announced third fab will manufacture chips using 2nm or even more advanced process technology, with production starting by the end of the decade. As the Manager of Agentic AI Engineering, you will lead a highly specialized team driving the development of cutting-edge AI systems. The manager will lead efficiency across three key areas: Data Cleaning, Model Fine-Tuning, and Agentic AI Creation. This individual will oversee a team of senior engineers and work closely with leadership, product, and research teams to drive the development of cutting-edge AI systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise across the entire AI lifecycle: data, model tuning, and agent systems.
  • Experience with foundational models, RLHF, and multi-agent systems.
  • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team focusing on data, model behaviors, and autonomous agents.
  • Define and implement the strategic vision for the team, balancing short-term goals with long-term AI development.
  • Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
  • Act as the liaison between engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.
