About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager, Agency and Manager Relations to help scale how ShopMy partners with the top creator agencies and management companies in the industry. This role sits at the center of the creator ecosystem — connecting our platform with the talent, teams, and partners shaping the future of influencer marketing. You’ll play a key part in growing and servicing our network of top-tier partners, from identifying new agency relationships to leading high-stakes meetings, pitches, and onboarding initiatives. This is a role for someone who loves the hustle of sales, the detail of client service, and the energy of the creator space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our Strategic Creator, Creator Growth, and Brand Growth teams, building the connective tissue that helps ShopMy scale.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in sales, partnerships, or creator/influencer relations
  • Strong understanding of the US creator ecosystem and social commerce landscape
  • Proven ability to build relationships with high-value creators and close deals
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • A self-starter with a strong drive to hit targets
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Google Sheets, Slides and Calendar as well as Salesforce

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally based in Los Angeles and be willing to be in-person regularly for meetings
  • Experience as part of a platform team driving creator acquisition
  • Solid network of creator reps
  • Preference for candidates located in key creator markets: LA, NYC

Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to new prospects at agencies and management companies for creators
  • Report on industry trends and be knowledgeable about changes in the creator representation landscape
  • Schedule and coordinate new prospect pitches, follow up on next steps and deliver on needs from the meetings
  • Demo the platform and contextualize onboarding and use cases for partners
  • Troubleshoot and check in with active partners
  • Partner across the org to troubleshoot, share feedback and engage with every team
  • Be a great corporate citizen - show up for others, engage, interact and offer back opportunities outside of your day to day
  • Be available and responsive to partners daily and respond in a timely manner
