About The Position

The Sam's Club Member Access Platform (MAP) serves as the critical link between suppliers, marketers, and merchants, focusing on delivering impactful omnichannel member experiences backed by measurable insights. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing and highly visible team within Sam's Club, where we believe that all digital advertising can be targeted and accountable, leveraging our first-party membership sales data to drive growth. As a MAP Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering advertising partnerships that are essential to our digital advertising business, which is a key component of Sam's overall growth strategy. In this position, you will be responsible for managing supplier campaign strategies, executions, and investments. You will drive the end-to-end creative process in collaboration with the MAP creative team, manage agency proposal templates, and partner closely with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimizations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial, as you will manage day-to-day business interactions and identify growth opportunities to drive incremental revenue. Frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance will be part of your responsibilities, along with ensuring reporting accuracy in collaboration with Measurement & Analytics. You will also support monthly campaign billing and work cross-functionally within MAP and Sam's Club merchandising to achieve strong results for suppliers. Additionally, you will lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients, ensuring that all aspects of the campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
