Requirements

• Proven experience in business analytics, model development, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Ability to manage complex projects, develop prototypes, and implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leaders.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors and business leaders to identify goals, challenges, and research objectives; develop and execute tactical research plans.
• Present actionable recommendations and guide leadership on strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.
• Own and manage end-to-end workstreams and projects, including risk management and implementation of data models and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver business solutions and drive continuous improvement.
