About The Position

The Manager, Advanced Analytics at Walmart Connect is responsible for driving strategic analysis of omni-channel campaigns for major advertisers. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing).
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy & analytics and measurement.
  • Project management experience with high volume reporting/analyses requests.
  • Experience in data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, R) and visualization tools (Tableau).
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5+ years' experience with media and marketing measurement.
  • Experience with online advertising and targeting systems.
  • Familiarity with advertising technology and programmatic ad buying platforms.
  • Experience with project management platforms like Jira.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate test design.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic analysis of omni-channel campaigns for major advertisers.
  • Manage interpretation and analytics reporting for key insights and performance recommendations.
  • Create and lead client-facing analysis and presentations to drive data-driven best practices.
  • Perform hands-on analysis and conduct in-depth investigations with the team.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end measurement projects and make actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions.
  • Contribute to building measurement/analytics tools and platforms.
