About The Position
The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Desert View Hospital, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Henderson Hospital, Valley Health Specialty Hospital and West Henderson Hospital. Job Description: Responsible for coordinating all daily activities related to pre-admission, in-patient and outpatient registration, insurance verification, financial counseling and PBX.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) to three (3) years experience in a healthcare leadership position.
- Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and patient accounting system.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
