About The Position

The Manager of Admissions Marketing & Communications will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support enrollment goals at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). This position plays a critical role in shaping prospective student engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in marketing and communications
• Demonstrated marketing planning skills and the ability to promote brands
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to pay attention to details, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content segmented for audiences
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast paced, rapidly changing environment and meet established goals and objectives
