The Manager - Accounting, Sales Commissions and Royalties will lead accurate financial reporting and timely payments for sales commission and royalty programs. Highlights of this position include driving process transformations in the Sales Commissions and Royalties areas, partnering with program leadership on strategic decision-making, and providing leadership and direction to direct reports and the global capability center accounting team. This position will drive streamlining processes in the Sales Commissions accounting area as a key stakeholder of a forthcoming incentive compensation system conversion. This position will scale the Sales Commission and Royalties accounting area, identifying opportunities to combine like processes, and designing and implementing new front-end controls to mitigate risk while reducing manual effort.
