About The Position
The Manager Accounting Projects and SOX Compliance is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act and the public company requirements for internal control over financial reporting. The incumbent will manage accounting projects and compliance related activities to enhance process efficiency, mitigate risks, and maintain the integrity of financial operations. The Manager Accounting Projects and SOX Compliance collaborates and interacts daily with system owners, cross-functional control owners, internal auditors, external auditors, and outside consultants. The incumbent is responsible for project management, project-based initiatives, and cross functional collaboration.
