JOB SUMMARY The Manager of Accountability & Standards Review provides primary ownership and strategic leadership of the Standards Review process, ensuring that agencies receiving United Way investments demonstrate sound governance, fiscal integrity, and programmatic effectiveness. Provides full lifecycle ownership of the Standards Review process, from design and timeline development through evaluation, documentation, and funding communication.
