Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. The Multichannel Commerce Fulfillment Org (MCCF) will build on that foundation and continue to innovate the warehousing and delivery to enable Merchants of all sizes to scale their supply chains. This Manager will create, own, and implement a strategy by leading a team to onboard strategic partners onto the MCCF products, creating strong partnerships with rapidly growing the businesses. You will own the business strategy for the group, working to create mutual goals, individualized agreements with integrators, and a build long term roadmap to fulfill the growth of this strategic customer segment. The ideal candidate is a strong influencer and will own bridging alignment across internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for drafting a business plans to obtain resource investment across ops, tech or other partner teams. They will have success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach. Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is strongly desired. Candidates must have superior communication and presentation skills, a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very passionate about driving merchant success.
