About The Position

The Manager, Accommodations - NFL Events is responsible for managing hotel reservations for large sporting events, negotiating contracts with hotels and travel vendors, and ensuring exceptional travel solutions for clients. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, sports/event management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the sports or travel/hospitality industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in event management or hospitality leadership roles.
• Knowledge of hotel contracting processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Contract and manage hotel reservations for large sporting events.
• Negotiate contracts with hotels and travel vendors to secure the best rates and terms.
• Communicate daily with clients and hotel partners leading up to events.
• Compile and reconcile all relevant data post-event.
• Establish regular communication with internal stakeholders to confirm needs and develop strategies.
• Foster client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Manage event budgets and analyze financials related to event expenses and reconciliations.
• Create and distribute event-related communications to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review post-event notes and client surveys to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in process review and improvement meetings.
