Join us as Access Strategy Manager in Wilmington for the Baxdrostat team, where you will be responsible for implementing Market Access promotional strategies. This role involves developing personal and non-personal promotions to support negotiations with national payers, regional payers, and health systems. You will also collaborate with various teams to maximize pull through opportunities and develop promotions for affordability programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-3+ yrs experience in one or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the clinical disease state and treatment guidelines and effectively engages with stakeholders in clinical discussions to inform access strategy.
  • Partners with Brand teams to shape customer communication strategies and develop promotional assets that reflect access priorities and value messaging including pull through materials and negotiation frameworks.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of a cohesive communication strategy across payer, provider, and patient audiences to drive clarity on product value.
  • Develops compelling product value propositions and value strategies across market access channels, including payers, IDNs, pharmacies, distributors, and policy stakeholders.
  • Partners to recommend pricing and compliant payer contracting approaches aligned with brand P&L, including innovating approaches to evolving market challenges and contributing to the continuous improvement of market access strategies and execution.
  • Leads in the design and implementation of affordability programming that ensures patient access while carefully stewarding brand budget and gross to net impact.
  • Applies an advanced understanding of the US market access landscape and the legal/regulatory environment to ensure compliant, effective messaging and tactics.
  • Leads research and generates insights to inform market access messaging, evidence needs, and customer engagement plans.
  • Leads payer research and landscape assessments to inform scenario planning, launch readiness, and risk mitigation across all segments world evidence to inform access strategy.
