About The Position

Provides leadership and management for campus-based ACCelerated Learning Support services, managing daily operations, facilities, administrative functions, and coordinating academic support services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Four (4) years of related work experience OR Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years of related work experience can be substituted for the required education (plus the required experience noted below).
  • Three (3) years related experience, including one (1) year supervisory.

  • ACC Supervisor Certificate may substitute supervisory requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises, hires, trains, coaches, evaluates, and disciplines personnel.
  • Coordinates ACCelerated Learning Support services and activities.
  • Designs best‑practice-based tutorial services and programs.
  • Assists with optimizing physical spaces.
  • Develops and monitors departmental budget.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and reports data.
  • Serves as liaison to instructional departments.
  • Promotes services to stakeholders.
  • Resolves patron issues and escalates when appropriate.
  • Collaborates with SAS and Student Services.
