About The Position

Come join the Consumer Group Product Development org as a Manager 3, Software Engineering on the AI First Tax product development group! The AI First Tax engineering org owns the foundational AI driven tax experiences and capabilities that powers multiple products including TurboTax Online, TurboTax Live, Business Tax, Credit Karma Money. You will lead multiple teams across the TurboTax Online group; responsible for scaling your organization with the focus on creating AI first driven experiences for all customer segments. This role is responsible for the critical portions of the Tax Prep AI experiences, leading the teams through empowerment and strong engineering principles.

Requirements

• 8 plus years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change and empowering people.
• Ability to articulate the product vision and drive the future roadmap.
• Ability to work well through ambiguity and make tough calls.
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 12-14 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
• Proficient in front-end and back-end architecture & design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work-related experience.
