We are seeking a cleared or clearable Cyber Non-Kinetic Engineering Department Manager to lead a team of Cyber Engineers and Information Systems Administrators. Most of the department is based in Tampa, with several at various customer sites across the U.S. The successful candidate will lead this organization to achieve outstanding program results, will be an effective communicator and problem solver, and will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a balanced skill set that includes interpersonal, business, and technical capabilities. You should have demonstrated experience leading technical teams throughout the lifecycle of capability development, along with prior people management experience. The Tampa campus of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is growing rapidly, and we are opening this department management role to lead high-performing teams comprised of cyber engineers, cyber administrators, cyber security analysts, software engineers, and other key disciplines to support and develop IT networks. This is a dual-role position, involving direct management of talented front-line managers and system engineers as well as technical performance for technically advanced development of key IT programs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid software or IT development background, and outstanding leadership skills.
