About The Position

Come join the Intuit Data Exchange team as Engineering Manager 2. As an Engineering Manager within the Intuit Data Exchange team, you will lead a highly dynamic data platform that processes billions of transactions annually and supports major products such as QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma. Your responsibilities include driving the development of new data domains, enhancing user experiences through seamless interactions, and crafting low-code tools for developers. You will spearhead strategies to boost data quality and construct a robust platform to further the AI revolution in fintech. This role requires a visionary who aligns engineering innovation with business objectives and who will inspire a culture of excellence to solidify Intuit's leadership in financial technology solutions. Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5 plus years experience as an established technical manager of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
  • Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 12-14 years of hands on software development experience (list specific tech exp)
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work-related experience
