About The Position

This position is located in Putnam County, Ottawa, OH. The Manager provides leadership for the Farm Business Analysis and Benchmarking Program including our team of FBA Technicians, Extension Educators and Consultants that recruit and work with farmers to complete annual business analyses. The Manager supports quality, confidential data collection and analysis through individual and group training, reviews and summarizes qualifying data, develops annual reports, articles and other educational and promotional materials. Work collaboratively with the Farm Office Team, FFMPI, Educators, researchers and industry groups building partnerships to promote and expand use of business analysis and benchmarking tools on farm and supporting Ohio’s agriculture industry and research. The manager is responsible for the program budget and pursues grants and other opportunities to grow the program. Required to have a high level of specialized skills in technical software to lead the team and ensure quality data and analysis. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • High level of specialized skills in technical software

Nice To Haves

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
