Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Experience in sales development, training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and monitor the sales of integrated communication structure to enterprise customers such as multi-site regional businesses or national accounts.
  • Assure optimal sales team staffing and training readiness of sales professionals.
  • Maintain expertise on Company's products/services to effectively manage team sales of Comcast Ethernet, Internet, Voice and TV services to enterprise customers.
  • Ensure competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Executives through optimum selection, training and development.
  • Develop, plan and coordinate sale promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure team and individual rep achievement of all sales, plus quality, goals and standards.
  • Monitor employee performance, counsel and advise to ensure compatibility, maximum effectiveness and continued growth.
  • Address personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company policy.
  • Prepare, analyze and maintain records of individual and group sales and performance activities.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and unit numbers.
  • Design, implement and manage overall territory team structure.
  • Coordinate efforts with other internal teams and groups throughout regional system.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communications, interpersonal skills and planning and organizational skills.
  • Develop and implement best practices that contribute to improved performance and overall success.
  • Coach, develop, appraise and motivate individual sales representatives.
  • Educate sales professionals in sales planning tactics to support their enterprise success.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
