About The Position

A Management Volume Lead designs, schedules, and manages generation of a major proposal Management Volume, identifies the data needed for 100% compliance with the RFP and supports overall client Win Strategy. This includes preparing volume outline and compliance matrices, determining page allocations, and making author assignments, developing detailed schedules for volume content development, mentoring/training authors, and reviewing in-process products.

Requirements

  • Approximately more than 20 years of experience in this role.
  • Ability to solve problems and work well in teams.
  • Enjoy challenges.
  • Citizen of the country where the opportunity is located or have the right to work in that country.
  • Completed the appropriate level of education in a relevant field.
