Requirements

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent in a Business Administration, Communications, or related field is highly desirable, but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment including, retail, hospitality, etc. is highly desirable
• A commitment to excellence and going the extra mile for customers and clients
• Superb communication skills
• The ability to manage time efficiently and effectively, with minimum supervision
• A team player and the excitement to work with other entry-level full-time Manager Trainees and customers

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct presentations with qualified customers regarding products, services, and new promotional pricing
• Address questions and concerns with poise and knowledge of products, services, and the sales process
• Maintain up-to-date records of each client account and interaction
• Complete the sales process with qualified customers, if necessary, and upsell products where appropriate
• Educate yourself on market trends to stay current and become an expert in the industry
• Interact and work with other entry-level full time Manager Trainees, and upper-level Management, to ensure all goals are met in a timely manner
