We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our entry-level leadership development program . Position Overview As a Management Trainee , you will engage in a hands-on training program designed to prepare you for future leadership roles. You’ll gain practical experience in campaign management, event coordination, team development, and daily business operations—all while learning from experienced mentors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive leadership and business management training
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events, including logistics and staffing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and local venues
- Support hiring efforts, including interviews, onboarding, and team training
- Mentor and coach new outreach representatives to ensure team success
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
