About The Position
BHMG Central Market This position will support clinics in Elizabethtown and surrounding areas. Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for supporting the Baptist Health Medical Group Leadership Team in their mission to provide comprehensive and compassionate care that improves the health of the people we serve. As a multi-specialty physician group practice, projects will range in scope and delivery. The Management Fellow will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding organizational goals and objectives related to budget and revenue cycle management and other duties as assigned. The Management Fellow is a highly visible position that is responsible for creating a positive impression with physicians, management, associates, patients and visitors he/she encounters. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or higher
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred
